Manufacturing Account Manager

Curated Talent Group have been retained to find the next superstar Manufacturing Account Manager for a brilliant production business that genuinely values its people.

This is a role right at the heart of customer operations, design, production and logistics. You'll be coordinating orders, solving problems and making sure every project lands exactly as promised.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing customer accounts and acting as their main point of contact

• Coordinating orders from initial brief through to production and delivery

• Tracking timelines, milestones and progress updates

• Translating customer requirements into clear actions for production teams

• Working closely with design, production, quality and logistics

• Spotting delays early and helping resolve issues before they escalate

• Running customer updates, calls and internal progress reviews

• Keeping documentation, order tracking and reporting accurate

• Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers and internal teams

What we’re looking for

• Someone who loves organising, planning and keeping things moving

• Confident communicator who can work with both customers and factory teams

• Able to juggle multiple accounts and projects without dropping the ball

• Calm, solutions‑focused and great with detail

• Familiar with ERP or project management tools

What you’ll get

• £33,000–£35,000 salary ( depending on experience )

• 08:00–16:30 hours with a 2:15pm finish on Fridays
