Most importantly, you'll bring a practical understanding of manufacturing and be confident working with people at every level of the business.
You'll ideally have:
- HND, HNC or Degree in an Engineering or Manufacturing discipline
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong Continuous Improvement experience
- Excellent Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience delivering process improvements and cost savings
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma would be advantageous)
- Experience supporting CAPEX or new equipment projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility on the shop floor
What's on Offer

- Monday-Friday days (8:00am-4:30pm)
- Bupa Healthcare/Company Pension/33 days holiday
- Stable, well-established international manufacturer
