Salary
£40,000 – £46,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location and Working Pattern
Chorley, Lancashire – 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyse engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and configure in MRP/ERP systems.
- Identify optimal manufacturing methodologies and create detailed routings.
- Support project delivery within scope, budget and agreed timescales.
- Manage and resolve technical issues, liaising with subcontractors as required.
- Monitor manufacturing quality performance and manage Non-Conformance Reports.
- Oversee production and provide technical support to internal teams and suppliers.
- Produce accurate reports for inclusion in project updates and meetings.
- Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of HNC/HND in an Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
- Experience in managing or leading people.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (Business Central preferred).
- Experience managing projects or programmes of work in a delivery environment.
- Background in varied manufacturing techniques including fabrication, machining and welding.
- Understanding of NEC contracts and commercial principles.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drawing software.
- Knowledge of project risk and cost management.
