Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Benefits
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Owen Daniels are supporting a leading manufacturing company, and we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join on a permanent basis, due to growth in the business.
Manufacturing Engineer – Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of new manufacturing projects from early planning through to implementation.
- Help improve production processes by developing practical working methods and maintaining clear technical records.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and resolve day-to-day production challenges.
- Contribute to quality and compliance activities by assisting with process reviews and controlled engineering changes.
- Provide technical input and regular communication to support project delivery and meet business requirements.
Manufacturing Engineer - Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Manufacturing or Engineering (or similar)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Experience with quality tools and First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively while working as part of a team.
