We are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to;

• standardise engineering processes
• drive dimensional and process capability
• strengthen NPI execution
• support tooling development
• apply methodical problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making

What you will bring;

• Strong engineering fundamentals (materials, tolerancing, manufacturing processes)
• Process engineering, NPI, routings, CI methods
• Structured problem-solving mindset
• Leadership experience within an engineering environment
• Relevant engineering qualification

Additionally, we would especially like to hear from you if you have experience in;

• CAD
• Lean
• Customer-facing technical liaison
