Salary: £14 - £16 per hour
Hours: Days / Afternoons or Nights
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business.

This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, working as part of a team to help manufacture, assemble, pack and prepare products to the required quality and safety standards.

The Role

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the production area, ensuring products are made correctly, safely and efficiently.

Duties will include:

• Working on production lines or manufacturing stations
• Operating basic machinery and production equipment
• Assembling, packing, labelling or preparing products
• Checking products for quality and reporting any issues
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised
• Working to production targets and deadlines
• Supporting other areas of the factory when required

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and willing to learn.

You will have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or warehousing  
• A good attitude and strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to support different areas of production when needed
