This role would suit a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar with experience operating CNC machinery or laminating equipment or similar, and looking for a stable position with an excellent work-life balance through a Monday to Thursday working pattern.

In this role, the successful Manufacturing Supervisor or similar will lead a small production team, coordinate daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, monitor team performance, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment while supporting continuous production across the manufacturing facility.

The Role:

• Leading and supporting a small production team within a busy manufacturing environment
• Coordinating production plans with machine operators to meet daily targets
• Operating and supporting CNC machinery, beam saws and panel laminating glue lines where required
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained through inspections and dimensional checks
• Recording scrap and reject data while promoting continuous improvement
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
• Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm (4-day working week)

The Person:

• manufacturing supervisory or Production Team Leader or similar background
• Experience operating CNC machinery, beam saws, laminating glue lines or similar equipment (Preferred)
• Previous experience supervising or leading production teams
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence (preferred)
