A leading independent school in Buckinghamshire (north of Slough) is seeking a Marketing and Admissions Assistant from September 2026. This is a full time and permanent role.
This is a well-established independent school, committed to providing an outstanding education and nurturing environment for their students. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive, Marketing and Administration Assistant with excellent attention-to-detail to join the School's Marketing and Front Office teams. This role is hands-on and will support the day-to-day delivery of marketing communications, copywriting, content creation, marketing operations, and event co-ordination. The role will play a key part in ensuring that all interactions with prospective and current families are engaging, professional, and reflective of the school’s culture, values, and ambitions. There will also be responsibility for working collaboratively on a range of administrative tasks with colleagues in the busy Front Office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring marketing professional to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, design, events and communications.
The successful candidate will be:

Knowledgeable about social media, with experience/strong interest in content creation;

flexible, proactive, a quick learner, and have very strong attention to detail;

proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable using design software such as Adobe InDesign and Canva; experience of using databases such as iSAMS would be advantageous;

a calm team player who prioritises effectively and has a genuine passion for marketing;

a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
