Role Purpose
The Marketing and Auditing Coordinator will support the growth, quality, and reputation of the domiciliary care service by leading community-based marketing and brand awareness activities, while also assisting with client audits and quality monitoring. The role works closely with the Registered Care Manager and office team to ensure excellent standards of care, strong professional relationships, and positive community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Marketing & Brand Awareness
· Plan, organise, and attend community events to promote the company’s domiciliary care services
· Represent the organisation professionally at local events, forums, and networking opportunities
· Increase brand awareness within the local community and among health and social care professionals
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and external professionals
· Support the development and distribution of marketing materials (online and offline)
· Promote the company’s values, mission, and quality of care at all times
Events & Community Engagement
· Organise and coordinate brand awareness events within the community
· Work alongside the Registered Care Manager to ensure messaging aligns with service quality and compliance
· Build positive relationships with community groups, GP surgeries, social workers, and other stakeholders
· Auditing & Quality Support
· Liaise with the office team to support client file audits and quality checks
· Assist with maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
· Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
· Report findings and observations to the Registered Care Manager
Person Specification
Essential:
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
· Willingness to travel within the community for events, meetings, and audits
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
· Willing to provide hands-on care if required
· Understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries
· Confident using social media or basic marketing tools
Desirable:
Experience in marketing, community engagement, or events coordination
Experience within health or social care (particularly domiciliary care)
Knowledge of CQC standards and care audits
