Location: Remote (UK-based), with occasional travel
Hours: Part-time (3–4 days per week)
Salary: £40,000 FTE (£24,000 for 3 days | £32,000 for 4 days)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and deliver marketing across our business. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can develop strategy, create engaging content and drive lead generation across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the marketing strategy.
• Create written, graphic and video content.
• Manage paid digital campaigns and social media.
• Develop and maintain our WordPress website.
• Manage our MemberPress subscription portal and CRM.
• Create landing pages, email campaigns and lead-generation activities.
• Monitor SEO, website analytics and campaign performance.
• Support product launches, events and business development.

About You

You'll have:

• Proven marketing and communications experience.
• Strong WordPress website development and management skills.
• Experience with MemberPress (or similar membership platform) and CRM systems.
• Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting, content creation and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and analytics.
• The ability to communicate complex services clearly and work independently.

Experience in technology, SaaS, cyber security or B2B marketing would be an advantage.
