Placr's client is looking for a creative, ambitious and proactive Marketing & Growth Executive to join their growing team in Haywards Heath.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll support a range of marketing and business development activities, creating engaging content, delivering campaigns and helping generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content for websites, blogs, newsletters and social media.
• Turn technical information into engaging marketing content.
• Support digital marketing, SEO and website updates.
• Create graphics and short-form video content using Canva.
• Assist with events, business development campaigns, CRM and award submissions.
• Use AI and new marketing technologies to improve campaigns and performance.

About You

• Experience in a marketing, digital marketing or business development role.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Creative, organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Confident using social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with Canva, WordPress, SEO or email marketing is advantageous.
• An interest in AI and emerging marketing technology is highly desirable.
