Marketing Assistant

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you a creative, organised and enthusiastic marketing professional looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in St Albans who are looking to add a Marketing Assistant to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive business where you'll play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns, creating engaging content and supporting the wider business with a variety of marketing initiatives.

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Assist with website updates and ensure content remains accurate and relevant.
• Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns and promotional literature.
• Coordinate marketing projects and liaise with external suppliers where required.
• Support the planning and organisation of exhibitions, events and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce reports to measure success.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support to the wider team.

• Previous experience within a marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) is desirable.
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
