Our global pharmaceutical client located in London is recruiting an experienced Marketer to join their team. The role is a full-time PAYE temporary contract with hybrid working (2 days per week office based and 3 days working remotely). This position is to start as soon as possible and is initially until mid-December 2026 and offers an hourly rate of £23.63 - £40.31 per hour depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday pro rata.

Our client is seeking an experienced marketer with substantial healthcare, vaccines or public health marketing experience. The successful candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, experience of developing and executing customer-centric campaigns, excellent analytical and project leadership skills and a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through cross-functional collaboration. Primary care experience and an understanding of population health or vaccination programmes would be highly advantageous.

Candidates should have experience in Vaccines, ideally HPV and with primary care experience; strategically minded and able to translate strategy into clear executional plans, milestones and measurable actions.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategy and execution lead for school and catch-up HPV programme working closely with execution team ensuring campaign activity stays aligned to the strategic priorities, customer journeys, core messaging and engagement plans. Additionally to support other priorities as required, including consent strategy, shaping materials, defining behavioural objectives, supporting account/geography-level activation and ensuring messages land consistently.
  • Own the feedback loop between strategy, customer insights and execution  - synthesizing field insight from field bi-weekly calls, customer engagement, ACE360/GAIN data and campaign performance and market developments into clear recommendations for optimisation.
  • Support development and localisation of high-quality, compliant materials, including messaging frameworks, core claims documents, customer-facing assets, training content and campaign updates, working closely with Brand & Customer Marketing, Digital, Medical and Signatory colleagues.
  • Drive executional governance and pace: set clear milestones, track progress, manage risks/issues, coordinate agency or cross-functional inputs where needed, and ensure timely decision-making against agreed priorities.
  • Be highly data-oriented and agile, using lead and lag indicators to monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities and translate the “so what” into clear recommendations for the cross functional team and leadership.
  • Support the Strategic Marketing Lead in quarterly planning, OKR development, performance tracking and cross functional team alignment

Experience& Qualifications:

  • Experienced marketer in Vaccines ideally HPV and with primary care experience; strategically minded and able to translate strategy into clear executional plans, milestones and measurable actions.
  • Ideal skills profile: commercially sharp, pragmatic, highly organised, comfortable operating in ambiguity. Able to connect strategic intent with practical execution, influence stakeholders without authority, and balance planning, analytics and delivery in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
