At Voyage Care, we're looking for a talented Marketing & Brand Manager to play a key role in shaping how we connect with customers, colleagues and communities. Working closely with the Head of Brand & Customer Marketing, you'll lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand, support occupancy growth, enhance customer engagement and drive commercial success.

As Marketing & Brand Manager, you'll:
✅ Deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business priorities.
✅ Lead integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, trust and advocacy.
✅ Oversee content creation including customer stories, PR, social media, thought leadership and marketing campaigns.
✅ Manage creative output, ensuring all activity reflects our brand and high standards.
✅ Drive customer review and advocacy programmes to strengthen our reputation.
✅ Support occupancy, referrals and new service launches through targeted marketing activity.
✅ Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and optimise future activity.
✅ Lead, coach and develop a dedicated marketing team.
About You
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded marketing professional who brings:
- At least 5 years' marketing experience delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, content marketing and campaign delivery.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for making an impact.
