Marketing & Communications Executive
Location: Marden, Kent
Salary: £45,589.68 per annum
Hours: 35hrs per week, 3 days per week on site
Our client, a well-established manufacturer with a strong international presence, is looking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their team in Kent.
This is a varied and hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across both UK and global marketing activities. You will play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating events, and developing content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the annual UK marketing communications plan
- Support sales activity through customer engagement and lead generation
- Organise exhibitions, demonstrations, and company events
- Coordinate photography and video projects
- Create and manage website and social media content
- Produce and update brochures, videos, and press releases
- Support CRM initiatives and market research projects
- Manage, coach, and develop a Marketing Apprentice
- Collaborate with the global marketing team on international campaigns
- Support website development and content management projects
- Assist with dealer meetings, exhibitions, and wider group initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- Experience managing social media platforms and websites
- Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and online advertising
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Preferred background at some level in manufacturing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
- Must hold a current valid passport as European travel is required on occasion
