Reed Marketing & Creative are currently working with a leading B2B business that is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic marketer to take ownership of marketing communications activity, delivering engaging campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting business growth through effective storytelling and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication plans that support wider marketing and business objectives.
• Manage and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and PR platforms.
• Create engaging content including articles, newsletters, case studies, customer communications, and campaign materials.
• Ensure all marketing communications remain consistent with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
• Work with internal stakeholders to translate technical information into customer-focused content.
• Oversee social media activity and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and reach.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, providing reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the management of marketing projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues across commercial, product, and technical teams.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the marketing team where required.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience within a marketing communications, content, or integrated marketing role.
• Demonstrate success delivering campaigns across a range of online and offline channels.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Have experience creating engaging content for a variety of audiences and platforms.
• Be confident working with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign reporting platforms.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy collaborating across multiple departments.
• Demonstrate experience interpreting campaign performance data and using insights to improve future activity.
• Have previous experience supporting, mentoring, or managing team members.
• Possess strong design awareness and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar platforms.
