What You'll Do:

• Assist in designing engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, emails, and landing pages.
• Support the project management of both internal and external events.
• Help organise exciting events that showcase our brand.
• Track email metrics and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
• Update interactive tools used at conferences and manage booth designs and logistics.
• Create and schedule captivating social media posts to enhance our online presence.
• Manage inventory and ensure smooth logistics for marketing materials.
• Conduct data entry to keep our records accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience: Some understanding of basic biology is a plus. Previous marketing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Skills:

- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HTML/web tools and design software (InDesign, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
