As Armstrong Nield continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious, driven and personable individual to join our team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging content and connecting with potential customers.

You’ll be responsible for helping us generate new leads, build relationships with prospective customers and arrange meetings for our sales team.

This will include:

Creating engaging LinkedIn posts and video content, including talking directly to camera.

Proactively connecting and engaging with potential customers through LinkedIn messaging and email outreach.

Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads.

Building relationships with prospective clients and arranging meetings for our sales team.

Managing and coordinating diaries to ensure meetings and opportunities are organised effectively.

Helping increase Armstrong Nield’s brand awareness and presence across our industry.

Ideally, you’ll be:

Confident and comfortable speaking to camera and creating video content.

A strong communicator, both written and verbal.

Personable, outgoing and comfortable engaging with potential customers.

Self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven.

Creative, with a good understanding of LinkedIn and social media engagement.

Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple conversations and opportunities.

Previous experience in lead generation, business development, sales or marketing would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.

£30,000 basic salary + Commission
Genuine opportunities for career progression as the business continues to expand.

Someone within a commutable distance would be preferable, although we’re open to discussing opportunities with the right candidate.
