Marketing Executive in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

If so, I am seeking a Marketing & Engagement Executive to join my clients busy and collaborative communications team, supporting the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns, digital content, and community engagement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong digital marketing background who enjoys creating impactful content, analysing campaign performance, and building engagement across a range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
• Produce high-quality written and visual content including blogs, articles, social media posts and marketing materials.
• Support brand consistency across all communications and marketing activities.
• Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Assist with recruitment marketing activities and employer branding initiatives.
• Support community engagement projects, events and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain marketing databases, records and administrative processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you desirably have:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, communications or a similar role.
• Strong content creation skills across written and digital platforms.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Must be willing to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process
