We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing retail business. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or someone with 1-3 years' marketing experience who loves generating ideas, creating engaging content, and getting involved in every aspect of marketing.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to bring your own ideas to life, work on exciting campaigns, and make a genuine impact across both our stores and online channels.

• Supporting and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels
• Creating engaging content for social media, email marketing and website promotions
• Assisting with website updates, product launches and ecommerce activity
• Working with our videography team to create exciting visual and video content
• Supporting new store openings through local marketing initiatives
• Designing and coordinating point-of-sale and promotional materials
• Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements
• Using AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing activity
• Researching trends and bringing fresh marketing ideas to the team

• Marketing degree or relevant marketing experience
• Passion for retail and consumer marketing
• Strong social media and digital marketing skills
• Creative thinker with lots of ideas and the confidence to share them
• Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Enthusiastic, positive and proactive personality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to stores when required
