Marketing Executive

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 plus bonus

Are you working in recruitment, sales, estate agency or another fast-paced, client-facing role—and looking to build a career in marketing?

This is an exciting opportunity to transfer your communication, relationship-building and commercial skills into a varied marketing position with a growing, innovative business.

You don’t need to have followed a traditional marketing career path. If you’re confident working with clients, managing several priorities and delivering against targets, our client will help you develop your knowledge across digital marketing, social media and audience growth.

The Opportunity

• Planning, delivering and improving digital and social media campaigns
• Helping develop marketing strategies
• Managing day-to-day client communication and building strong relationships
• Coordinating multiple projects and keeping delivery on schedule
• Producing reports and clearly communicating campaign outcomes
• Working with internal teams to deliver projects successfully
• Maintaining high standards of organisation, accuracy and accountability

About you

You may already have some marketing experience, or you could be looking to move into marketing from recruitment, sales, estate agency, account management or a similar commercial environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing clients, customers or stakeholders
• The ability to coordinate several priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive, commercially aware and results-focused approach
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The confidence to work in a busy, fast-moving environment
• A degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience in digital marketing, campaign management or social media would be useful, but it isn’t essential if you can demonstrate strong transferable skills and a genuine enthusiasm for developing a career in marketing.
