💼 The Role

As Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging marketing campaigns that strengthen the company's brand and generate new business opportunities.

You'll:

✅ Plan and deliver digital and traditional marketing campaigns
✅ Manage and grow the company's social media presence
✅ Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns and social media
✅ Produce case studies, award submissions and sales collateral
✅ Coordinate exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities
✅ Maintain and update the company website and digital platforms
✅ Support the Sales and Bid teams with high-quality marketing materials
✅ Ensure all communications are consistent with the company brand and tone of voice
✅ Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

👤 About You

You'll be a proactive and creative marketing professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for producing engaging content.

Ideally you'll have:

✔ Marketing experience within a B2B environment (security, FM or professional services is advantageous)
✔ Strong copywriting and content creation skills
✔ Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
✔ Website content management experience
✔ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
✔ The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
✔ A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders across the business
