As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a creative, ambitious and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience who wants to take ownership of marketing campaigns whilst developing their skills across digital marketing, employer branding and lead generation.
The Role
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of Flowtec's marketing strategy across multiple brands, helping to increase brand awareness, generate client and candidate leads, and support our recruitment consultants with high-quality marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. They will be involved in creating engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, analysing performance and identifying new ways to promote the Flowtec brand.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan, create and schedule content across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Produce engaging graphics, videos and marketing materials.
- Manage social media calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and Google.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Website
- Update website content using the CMS.
- Improve website performance through keyword optimisation.
- Support ongoing website development projects.
Employer Branding
- Promote Flowtec as an employer of choice.
- Support recruitment campaigns for internal vacancies.
- Create employee spotlight articles and company culture content.
- Assist with company events and employer branding initiatives.
Email Marketing
- Design and distribute email marketing campaigns.
- Segment mailing lists.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
- Continually optimise campaign performance.
Sales & Recruitment Support
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to promote specialist markets.
- Produce marketing campaigns to generate candidate applications.
- Create brochures, presentations and promotional materials.
- Support client marketing initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 1–2 years' experience in a Marketing Executive or Marketing Assistant role.
