Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing assets and communications for new releases and catalogue content.
  • Manage creative review and approval processes with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support campaign planning, promotional activity, and partner communications.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, reports, presentations, and campaign documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the marketing team.

About You

  • 2-3 years' experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for entertainment, film, digital media, and emerging technologies.
