We're looking for a talented Marketing & Graphic Design Executive to join a growing, product-led business in Langley, Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded professional who wants genuine ownership and variety, working across everything from new product launches and brochures to websites, technical literature and advertising campaigns.

Rather than being one small part of a large marketing team, you'll play an important role in shaping how the brand is presented and help bring new products and ideas to life.

You'll take ownership of a varied workload spanning creative, digital and product marketing, including:

• Designing brochures, flyers, advertisements, promotional literature and point-of-sale materials
• Creating artwork for billboards, large-format advertising and outdoor campaigns
• Producing digital advertising and promotional graphics
• Managing day-to-day website updates, including new products, imagery and downloadable content
• Creating technical specification sheets, product information and dimensional drawings
• Supporting new product and range launches with sales and marketing materials
• Assisting with brochures, catalogues and targeted product literature
• Editing and preparing product photography and imagery for web and print
• Creating customer email campaigns and sales presentations
• Supporting exhibitions, showroom events and wider marketing activity
• Liaising with printers, photographers, web developers and external suppliers
• Maintaining brand consistency across all creative and marketing materials

We're looking for someone who combines strong creative ability with excellent attention to detail and practical marketing skills.

• Strong graphic design experience with a good eye for layout and visual presentation
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience producing print-ready artwork
• Previous experience managing or updating website content
• Experience creating brochures, catalogues or technical literature
• Good understanding of image editing for web and print
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly with product codes, measurements and specifications
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking projects from brief through to completion

Experience within bathrooms, interiors, construction, architectural products, manufacturing or another product-led environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
