My client, a fast-growing technology business, is seeking a Marketing & Growth Associate to join their ambitious team on a permanent basis. Working closely with senior leadership, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to take ownership of campaigns, support product launches and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and sales materials
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
- Assist with marketing budgets and growth strategy
- Support website optimisation, SEO and customer journey improvements
- Work closely with Sales to increase lead generation and conversion
- Research new markets, customer segments and growth opportunities
- Utilise AI tools to improve marketing performance, content creation and productivity
Skills
- Previous experience within marketing, growth or digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business
Package
- £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
