You are responsible for leading integrated marketing and brand communications across the UK and Ireland, including digital campaigns, sponsorship activations, events, product launches, and customer marketing programmes. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will lead a marketing team, manage key stakeholders and agencies, and help drive business growth by bringing the brand, innovation, and sustainability story to life.

Description
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing communication plans that support business growth and brand visibility.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, content, email, PR, and events.
- Create engaging customer-focused content and messaging for diverse audiences.
- Manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and brand activation activities.
- Plan and deliver high-impact events, exhibitions, product launches, and customer engagement programmes.
- Support key customer channels with tailored marketing initiatives and collateral.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and marketing budgets to ensure effective delivery and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of 5 direct reports.
Profile
- Proven experience in marketing communications, brand, or integrated marketing roles.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content, campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Experience engaging both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
- Commercially focused with strong analytical and budget management capabilities.
- Skilled at turning complex information into clear, compelling communications.
- Confident managing agencies and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
