Marketing Manager

Location: Cheshire (multi-site role)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits

An established and growing professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop its marketing and business development strategy across multiple offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused marketing professional who enjoys operating at both strategic and hands-on levels. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive brand awareness, client engagement and business development activity while managing a small marketing function.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the firm's marketing and communications strategy.
  • Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, content and events.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to support business development initiatives and client growth.
  • Manage and develop marketing collateral, website content and external communications.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of networking events, seminars and client engagement activities.
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers where required.
  • Line manage and support a marketing team member.


About You

  • Proven experience within a Marketing Manager or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation and brand management.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on generating business growth and client engagement.
  • Previous experience within professional services would be highly advantageous.
