The Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen the brand and support continued business growth.

Working collaboratively with the commercial team, you'll ensure marketing activity aligns with business objectives while continually improving campaign performance, website conversion and return on investment. You'll also mentor a Marketing Executive, helping to develop both the function and the people within it.

This is a highly visible role where your ideas will be valued and your success recognised.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Drive lead generation through integrated digital and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with the commercial team to support pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, LinkedIn activity and website performance.
  • Lead website optimisation and conversion rate improvement initiatives.
  • Create engaging marketing content across digital and print channels.
  • Plan and deliver product launches, exhibitions and industry events.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use data to continually improve results.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and develop a Marketing Executive.

About You

We're looking for a commercially focused marketer who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how marketing contributes directly to business growth.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least three years' experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise across SEO, PPC, email marketing and lead generation.
  • Experience delivering measurable campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and CRM reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercially focused mindset.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring junior marketers.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial or technical B2B sectors.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
  • WordPress knowledge.
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Canva experience.
  • Exposure to international marketing.
