As an Interim Marketing Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across marketing, communications and brand activity during a key period for the organisation. Description

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership across marketing, brand, communications and digital activity.
• Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance reputation and visibility.
• Manage and develop the organisation's brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Lead, motivate and support a multidisciplinary marketing and communications team.
• Use insight, data and performance metrics to evaluate campaigns and inform future activity.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing priorities with wider business goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working across the marketing function.

Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

• Experienced interim marketing leader with a track record of operating at a senior level.
• Strong strategic marketing and communications expertise within a complex organisation.

Job Offer

• Daily rate equivalent of £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary contract offering flexibility.
