  • Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing & optimising marketing automation workflows and customer journeys
  • Building, launching & analysing multi-channel campaigns
  • Developing lead scoring, segmentation & nurturing programmes
  • Maintaining CRM data quality & GDPR compliance
  • Improving lead routing & sales automation processes
  • Managing the HubSpot platform, workflows & integrations
  • Creating dashboards, reports & campaign performance insights
  • Developing attribution models to measure ROI

    What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' experience managing marketing automation platforms
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/automation systems
  • Experience building & optimising automated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Knowledge of lead scoring, CRM management & pipeline reporting
  • Experience producing dashboards, KPIs & performance reporting
  • Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress or AI marketing tools would be advantageous
