Our client, a well-established and highly respected construction and civil engineering business, is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Officer to join their growing team. With operations across the UK and Ireland, they deliver a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, education and infrastructure projects and have built an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and sustainability.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Officer who is looking to play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing initiatives across multiple regions. The successful Marketing Officer can be based in either East Midlands or Northern Ireland.

The Role

As Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the company's marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness and producing engaging marketing content across a variety of platforms. Working within a collaborative marketing team, you'll help showcase projects, people and services throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.

The Marketing Officer will take ownership of a wide range of creative marketing activities, from concept through to delivery, while ensuring all communications reflect the company's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns that promote the company's projects, services and brand.
• Produce high-quality visual content including photography, drone imagery, graphics and video.
• Design engaging digital assets including presentations, infographics, brochures and promotional materials.
• Manage content across social media platforms, website updates, press releases and video channels.
• Support the organisation of company events, project launches, site visits and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce marketing reports using key performance data.
• Coordinate multiple marketing projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist with marketing budgets and provide updates for senior management meetings.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's marketing presence.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to support business development and project promotion.
• Create clear, engaging and professional communications that reflect company values.
• Support community engagement initiatives and social value activities where required.

What We're Looking For

• A degree or third-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five years' experience in a Marketing Officer or similar marketing role.
• Previous experience within construction, engineering or the built environment would be highly advantageous.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) or Canva.
• Experience creating photography, video and digital marketing content.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
