Our client is seeking a Market place Fullfillment Supervisor for their family firm based in Dartford.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketplace Fulfilment team, coordinate workloads, and support the day-to-day performance of the team.
- Act as the Factory Manager's right-hand person, helping coordinate warehouse activities and maintain high operational standards.
- Take ownership of the complete marketplace fulfilment process, ensuring every order is picked, packed, labelled, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Ensure marketplace collections are achieved each day by adapting to changing priorities and collection times when required.
- Manage marketplace returns (reverse logistics), ensuring returned stock is processed accurately and efficiently.
- Support stock replenishment, regular stock takes, and inventory accuracy.
- Work alongside the wider warehouse team operating production machinery, loading vehicles, and supporting manufacturing activities as required.
- Use Microsoft Business Central, barcode scanners and warehouse systems to support fulfilment and maintain accurate records.
- Champion Health & Safety, ensure safe working practices are followed, and proactively identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, systems and efficiency.

Attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important to us than previous experience.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Warehouse or fulfilment experience.
- Forklift license or experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Marketplace or e-commerce fulfilment experience.
- Experience using barcode scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Packing and dispatching experience.
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Marketplace collections are time critical. While these are the contracted hours, there will occasionally be times when collections are delayed, or order volumes are higher than expected. We therefore ask for a flexible approach to ensure customer orders are dispatched on the same day whenever reasonably possible.
