The Role
As a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostics, servicing and repairs while supporting the workshop team with your technical expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out complex diagnostics, servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
·Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults efficiently
·Inspecting vehicles and identifying repair requirements
·Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and right first time
·Providing technical guidance and support to fellow Technicians
·Liaising with Service Advisors and Workshop Control to ensure a smooth workflow
·Maintaining accurate workshop documentation and job records
·Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction
About You
We're looking for someone with:
·NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
·Previous experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician
·Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
·Strong understanding of manufacturer standards and workshop procedures
·Ability to mentor and support other Technicians
·MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence
·A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
·Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available)
