- Conduct servicing and repairs, including oil changes, brake repairs, and engine maintenance, adhering to manufacturer and industry standards
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform bespoke modifications such as performance upgrades, suspension enhancements, and aesthetic modifications
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high standards of workmanship and timely completion of jobs
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining technical issues and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment, complying with health and safety regulations
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Valid MOT Tester certification (Class 4 and 7) is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills across various vehicle types
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicles is advantageous
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
