We are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join a reputable dealership located in Feltham, Greater London. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilise their diagnostic expertise within a well-established, customer-focused workshop environment. The Master Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and technical diagnostics across a range of used passenger vehicles, including Land Rover, German brands, and Ford.

Duties of the Master Technician:
  • Diagnosing and repairing a variety of passenger vehicles, with a focus on Land Rover, German cars, and Ford
  • Conducting vehicle inspections, including headlight alignment and other technical repairs
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
  • Managing workload efficiently within a busy workshop environment featuring three ramps and two technicians
  • Ensuring all work is completed within manufacturer timeframes and to industry standards
  • Supporting workshop efficiency and adhering to safety protocols
Requirements of the Master Technician: 
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or diagnostic specialist
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple vehicle brands, preferably with German brand expertise
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Relevant technical qualifications and certifications
