- Performing complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults efficiently
- Supporting and mentoring fellow technicians within the workshop
- Completing warranty repairs and manufacturer campaigns
- Ensuring all work is completed to high safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
- Qualified Master Vehicle Technician with at least a Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Extensive experience with complex diagnostics and repairs
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor and support team members
- Strong team player with a commitment to quality work
- Full UK Driving Licence
