We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive repair business with multiple sites, who is seeking a Master Vehicle Technician for their location in Rumney. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade Master Vehicle Technician to join a growing team committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
  • Carry out fault finding and complex repairs to vehicle systems
  • Perform large repair jobs such as engine rebuilding, diagnostics, and electrical work
  • Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, adhering to customer satisfaction priorities
  • Complete jobs accurately on the first attempt, maintaining the company's quality over quantity ethos
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and our client’s specific repair procedures
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive workshop environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work completed
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment
Requirements:
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent; applications from time-served technicians without formal qualifications are welcomed
  • Proven experience in a similar Master Vehicle Technician role
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to delivering high standards of quality and customer service
  • Based within reasonable commuting distance of Rumney
