Master Vehicle Technician

Benefits:
- Basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience
- OTE of approximately £40,000
- Monday to Friday working hours, approximately 8:00am–5:00pm
- No weekend work
- 28 days’ holiday inclusive of bank holidays
- Full UK driver’s license required

- Repair and service of a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Conduct diagnostic checks and fault finding
- Inspect vehicles for wear and tear or general faults
- Complete work adhering to DVSA standards
- Provide high-quality customer service and clear communication
- Maintain accurate workshop records
- Assist in mentoring junior staff as required
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent in automotive repair
- Level 4 EV accreditation highly desirable
- Franchise dealership experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Own set of essential automotive tools
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar senior technician role
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
