- Conduct accurate diagnostics and repairs to a high standard, ensuring adherence to manufacturer, retailer, and industry guidelines
- Undertake complex vehicle servicing and electrical/mechanical repairs
- Mentor and support junior team members with diagnostics, repairs, and technical training
- Work efficiently within a busy franchise-approved dealership environment
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair solutions
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
- Assist with ongoing training and development activities
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician
- Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical vehicle systems
- Exposure to complex diagnostics and repairs
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- A team player with a mentoring mindset and supportive attitude
- Own tools suitable for a professional workshop environment
