We’re looking for reliable and safety-conscious FLT Drivers and Material Handling Operatives to join a busy logistics team in Sunderland on a contract running until the end of January 2027. This is a great opportunity for anyone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and doesn’t mind shift-based work that includes weekends and nights.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklift trucks for material movement and stock handling.
- Load and unload goods, following safety and operational procedures.
- Manage stock movements accurately within the warehouse management system.
- Support material handling, storage organisation, and product distribution.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet targets.
- Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Valid FLT licence.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse or production environment.
- Willingness to work on a shift pattern that includes nights and weekends.
- Strong awareness of safe working practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow operational processes.
- Counterbalance and/or reach truck experience.
