Job Title: Material Resource Planning Controller (MRPC)
Location: Teal Park, Lincoln (Hybrid: minimum 3 days in office)
Contract Duration: 12 month initial contract
Hourly Rate: £18.00 - £24.00/hr PAYE. Also available £24.00 - £32.00/hr Umbrella
Start Date: ASAP but 4 week notice is fine
Working Pattern: Full Time (Flexible hours with core hours between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Our client is seeking a talented Material Resource Planning Controller (MRPC) to join their dynamic team in the energy sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and communicate detailed delivery plans for part orders within the supply chain.
  • Analyse demand changes and provide insights to the Team Leader/Purchasing Manager regarding customer requirements.
  • Manage stock levels across the supply chain, ensuring timely utilisation.
  • Maintain accurate supplier delivery commitments in SAP and address inquiries effectively.
  • Lead operational relationships with suppliers, coordinating improvements in planning, inventory, and delivery.
  • Conduct business reviews with suppliers to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, or Logistics in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and relevant IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive continuous improvement.
