About the Role

As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping pupils develop strong mathematical understanding, problem-solving skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Teach and assess pupils in line with the curriculum
  • Differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
  • Support pupils with developing confidence in Mathematics
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
What We're Looking For
  • UK QTS is required
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths
  • Recent UK secondary teaching experience
  • Experience teaching KS3 and/or KS4 Maths
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A committed and enthusiastic approach to teaching

Contract: Full-Time
Start: Immediate & ongoing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
