Mechanical Associate required for a natonal leading design consultancy .

Your voice will be important in the development and progression of the Birmingham business unit and this role is a key appointment to the senior team 

Working with a portfolio of creative clients who are adding to the beautiful skyline of the West Midlands and UK

Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design and delivery across healthcare projects.
• Manage and develop mechanical engineering teams.
• Drive MEP coordination and BIM delivery 
• Prepare and review calculations, specifications and technical designs.
• Lead client meetings, present solutions and build strong relationships.
• Manage project scope, resources, budgets and technical risks.
• Support bids, proposals, client growth and business development.
• Champion sustainable, low-carbon design and high-quality delivery.
• Strengthen the company’s technical profile through collaborative project delivery.

Experience

• Extensive mechanical design within the building services sector
• Relevant design software user and Revit would be advantageous

Salary / Benefits

Up to £75,000
