With a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering some of London's most impressive commercial developments.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the mechanical delivery on fast-paced commercial fit-out projects, managing site teams and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

We're Looking For

• Experience delivering mechanical building services projects.
• Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and building services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS preferred.
