- Managing mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to final handover
- Reviewing contract documentation, technical specifications, and drawings
- Preparing project programmes, technical submissions, and health & safety documentation
- Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and appointment processes
- Coordinating with internal BIM, CAD, estimating, and site delivery teams
- Overseeing project delivery, commissioning activities, and client handovers
- Producing monthly progress reports, applications, variations, and commercial reporting
- Managing Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and specialist teams
- Attending client, contractor, and consultant meetings throughout project lifecycle
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially, and within programme
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within Mechanical Building Services
- Previous experience managing projects valued between £100K–£5M
- HNC/HND qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and project programming software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and valid CSCS Card required
