Do you have a background in Mechanical Engineering or similar? Are you looking to join a market-leading business as part of its PM shift team, working a Sunday-to-Thursday shift pattern in a varied role, you will receive training and development from senior members of the team and have the opportunity to progress into a Team Leader role, and be able to boost your earnings through regular overtime.

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a manufacturing business that repairs, sorts, and supplies pallets across the UK for well-known brands across the retail industry. The company is expanding due to continued growth and is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations across production machinery, Forklifts, and HGVs.

In this role, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and complete repairs across mechanical and basic electrical systems. You will work closely with production and transport teams to minimise downtime, complete service records, and ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently.

This role would suit someone with mechanical or electrical background for a stable role with ongoing upskilling training and the opportunity to progress to shift leader.

The Role:

• PPMs, breakdown repairs, fault finding, and safety inspections
• Working on Production machinery FLTs, HGVs
• Sunday to Thursday, 14:30 - 22:30

The Person:

• Maintenance Technician, Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Vehicle Technician, or similar
• Experience with FLTs, HGVs, production machinery, or industrial equipment
