Our client, a leader in the education and engineering sectors, is seeking an Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join their dedicated and passionate team in Hull.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to apprentices and adult learners
- Guide learners through mechanical principles, engineering maths, and other key subjects
- Teach topics such as engineering science, design, fluid mechanics, and CAD
- Cover health & safety, lean manufacturing, and professional engineering management
- Supervise Level 3 & 4 engineering projects and Level 5 research projects
- Contribute to the overall development of innovative training programs
- Travel between training centres in Hull and North Lincolnshire area
Job Requirements:
- A degree in engineering or a related field
- Significant industry experience in mechanical engineering
- Strong technical and IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for teaching and developing others
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between sites
