Role: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Warwickshire
Hours: Days only | Monday – Thursday (Fridays off!) + overtime available at enhanced rate
Salary: Up to £36,700

Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter or Assembly Fitter looking for your next opportunity? Join our clients’ dynamic production team, where you’ll play a key role in building high quality mechanical systems and helping meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install mechanical components in line with engineering specifications
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems to support production requirements
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings and technical instructions
• Use hand tools and power tools to carry out fitting and assembly work
• Work closely with electrical fitters and other production teams to complete builds
• Follow production schedules and contribute to meeting build targets
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety at all times

 Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter, Assembly Operative, or similar hands on mechanical role
• Skilled in hydraulic fitting and general mechanical assembly
• Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Previous experience working with vehicles is highly desirable
• Relevant fitting qualifications or training in hydraulics/pneumatics (advantageous)
