The role

• Reactive and planned maintenance across a busy industrial site
• Fault finding and repairing mechanical plant and equipment
• Supporting TPM and continuous improvement activity
• Workshop-based overhaul and refurbishment work
• Involvement in projects, upgrades, and new installations
• Working as part of a skilled, experienced engineering team

Progression

This isn’t a dead-end maintenance role.

• Mechanical apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Background in maintenance or fitting within an industrial environment
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills

Hours

• Days-based role
• 40.25 hours per week
• 4 on / 4 off pattern (8-week cycle)
